Remember Aesop’s Fable “The Tortoise and the Hare” — when you resume your exercise regimen, be the turtle. Mild exercise such as walking, stationary bike, and water aerobics are encouraged as soon as possible. It is generally acceptable to resume activities such as jogging, golf, tennis, weightlifting, within 2-3 days after your treatment, but discuss your unique situation with your InterveneMD physician.
